Megan went out of her way to make sure MY mistake was handled. I ordered some arms with the cup holder that didn’t match the color of the actual couch’s cup holders and she got the issue fixed for me within a 5 minute phone call! She was extremely kind. Amazing customer service!

Summary: The Seatcraft Euphoria sofa I purchased is a solid mid-tier product, and I'm happy with it. The shipping was atrocious. It took a month and a lot of my time. Also, 4Seating's return policy ensures you will be keeping whatever you buy.

TLDR: I purchased a Seatcraft Euphoria Heat & Massage Sofa with 24-Hour shipping guarantee. A week after I called because I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. It shipped the next day. A week later it was delivered to the company that was to do the "white glove" delivery. They called a couple of days later to schedule the delivery but would only say they could do it the following week. No day or time. The rep said someone would call a couple of days before to let me know what day and time fit their schedule. It was annoying that I had to keep my schedule clear for their convenience but OK. The next week, they arrived to deliver it Thursday evening. When I told the delivery driver that we were putting the sofa on the second floor, he refused to deliver it. He said it was too heavy and two adult men could not possibly get it up the stairs. So he left with it. I called the delivery company who informed me that 4Seating was going to have to pay them more money to take the couch up a flight of stairs. 4Seating's white glove deliver states they will deliver it "a maximum of either up or down one flight of stairs." I called 4Seating and their customer service department closes at 3:30 p.m. Pacific time. So I talked to a sales guy who told me that he'd have someone fix it and call me first thing the next day. No one ever called. After several calls over the next couple of days, 4Seating authorized them to deliver the couch. The shipping company called me and then informed me that it would be another week and a half to two weeks before they would be back in the area despite the fact that they are less than 20 miles away from my house. Back on the phone. They finally agreed to deliver it the following Wednesday. That day the couch arrived. One adult and one teenager got it upstairs, mostly installed and all the trash hauled off in less than 30 minutes. They did not install the SoundShaker but otherwise did a good job. The sofa was finally there 29 days after I placed the order. I want to point out that the customer service reps at 4Seating were always pleasant and professional. The reps at the delivery service made it very clear multiple times that the satisfaction of the end user was of no concern to them.

The sofa itself is nice, and there is a lot to like about it. It has great features and looks good. The leather is good though not premium. The cushioning is also a little firm for my taste. I think it is a good sofa for the cost.

Finally, note that if you decide you don't like the product for any reason and want to return it, you will pay dearly. The restocking fee is 30 percent plus shipping both ways. Returns are not even an option if you use their "white glove" delivery because you have to pack it back in the original box. I knew this ahead of time and decided to take the risk. Though I didn't buy everything I would have because of the policy.

"4Seating’s customer service is top notch"

4Seating’s customer service is excellent. I purchased four power recliners from them 10 years ago and just had my first issue with one of the chairs. Although the chairs are well outside of any manufacturers warranty, the customer service team has treated me as though I bought the recliners yesterday. I have been very impressed with their friendliness and willingness to help at every interaction.

Received my APEX seats today and am blown away by the comfort, style and quality of construction, leather & functionality. Joseph Ybarra and Manuel Gonzales were fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable about the products. They were also eager to assist and help before, during and after the delivery. Wonderful experience overall!

"Good theater seats"

Manuel G. There really took care of me. Thank you! I would get Rialto again, but I would change it up. Don’t order armless chairs, the buttons for recline are hidden. Use armed chairs next to console. For example row of 4 dual loveseat should go armrest left, armrest right, console, armrest left, armrest right.

"I had a great experience with 4Seating…"

I had a great experience with 4Seating and would definitely recommend. The couch is amazing and delivery was easy and well communicated. The couch was missing a cup holder insert, so I called customer service and Manuel Gonzalez was super helpful. I didn't have to wait to connect to a representative at all and he was very quick in helping me. A new cup holder insert is being mailed out tomorrow already.
Would definitely recommend!
