Customer Service is wonderful to deal with. They are always efficient and heplpul. My kids are rough on our theatre seats and I needed an accessory repair/replacement. Manny from customer service hooked me up right away with a replacement and was a pleasure to deal with.

My parents purchased the Anthem loveseat from 4Seating.

The product is incredible, of the highest quality and comfort one can imagine.

Within a few weeks, there was an issue with the seat structure.

The moment I called 4Seating for support, the service and response we received from Manuel was overwhelmingly incredible.

The speed in which Manuel, and 4Seating addressed our concern and resolved the issue was nothing short of miraculous.

Regardless of industry, 4Seating is by a long stretch, the best service company I have ever worked with.

"We had to order a replacement part for…"

We had to order a replacement part for one of our chairs that was not reclining anymore. I spoke with Manny on the phone and within five minutes the replacement part was ordered. Manny was very helpful ,efficient, friendly, and courteous. One of the best customer experiences I have had.

"Exceptional company and customer service…"

We wanted a sofa that has great lumbar support and adjustable headrests. After reading all the great reviews we decided to order it without being able to test sit on it. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the white glove delivery was excellent. Upon inspecting the sofa we discovered that it had a cut in the leather on 2 of the 3 seats, but Manny at customer support took care of it immediately. We will receive a replacement sofa at no charge.
The heat, massage, and available adjustments are a dream for someone with back issues. I highly recommend 4seating, couldn’t be happier.

I had to call 4seating on behalf of my boss who had placed an order over the weekend and who had some follow-up questions and an issue he wanted to resolve. I was lucky enough to be routed to Megan, who was not only able to answer every single question I had but also resolve the issue.
