I just love the customer service that I receive at 4seating. I thought I had a major problem and my customer service representative Megan turned my huge problem into a simple, fixable one! Thanks a bunch 4Seating, your product & customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend them if you're interested in theatre seating!

We love our chairs and the sound shakers for movies. We recently had an issue with one of the four sound shaker speakers making a noise and I spoke with our sales rep Claire from 10 months ago when we initially purchased and she put me in touch with a customer service link. Megan from customer service called a day later and let me know they will send a replacement transducer/speaker asap. Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable asking if I needed anything else as well as Claire our sales rep who was very understanding and forwarded my concerns immediately. They have great people working for them!
