"Top Notch customer support after the sale."
After receiving the sofa and setting it all up one of the LED strips under the footrest was not working. I wasn't able to get technical support right then because I had waited too long in the day to call. The next morning I called and received some preliminary help from a gentleman that was very detailed and also sent me a link to help me out. I was able to get the sofa flipped over on it's back and going thru the bottom of the armrest make the power connection. The very next day I receive an email from Megan asking if I was able to address everything or if I needed anything at all. She also sent me a couple of other links and more information than I needed. All in all I would say this was about as top notch as anyone can receive. Thank you so much for everything and satisfying my curiosities as well, great job!! Clay.

I have researched many movie chair companies, and 4SEATING just seems to stand out from the rest. I placed for two different style chairs with Zack. He was polite and professional. No pressure and answered all the questions we had. There was a pause in shipping because one unit was not in stock, but I talked with a real person, Megan and she quickly resolved the problem. Followed up the next day too. Great company who in my opinion is partners with AMAZON as far as customer servicer.

I ordered a multimedia sofa from 4seating, which came very well packed, but still I did discover a small part in one of the gas strut assemblies was broken. Upon calling their customer service line, Megan was able to set me up with a replacement part within minutes, did to ship out soon. Very satisfied with the level of customer service!
