I ordered seven Seatcraft, Diamante Black Italian leather home theater chairs from 4Seating.com, and my husband and I really love them. I’ve also gotten a ton of compliments on them. And although I had an issue with one of my chairs being damaged during shipping, my customer service representative, Emanuel, has been amazing. There hasn’t been any troubles with getting my issue taken care of.

My husband purchased 3 recliners with heat and massage several years ago. I LOVE these chairs!!! My remote was accidentally damaged and I called and got Megan who was AMAZING! She looked up the style and model we purchased and is sending us the exact remote for our chair. I was so sad thinking this recliner wouldn’t work anymore and she explained how to change them out. Incredible customer service! Thank you!!!
