Best travel insurance!
I have been using True Traveller insurance for over the last 2 years and was always treated with #1 care! They are quick, reliable and the claims are just super easy to submit - I have never had any issues with payments. I will highly recommend TT policy for anyone travelling long-term, they cater for digital nomad style of travelling and are just very convenient.

"Inefficient, dodgy and useless"

I´ve been insured by True Traveller for 3 years in a row, however I have never been successfully helped or reimbursed when needed (3 times, doctor´s bills, flights cancellations...). This company is dodgy, inefficient and useless. My recommendation is that after giving them 3 opportunities to simply go and get another insurance with anyone else than True Traveller.

Great travel insurance company. I looked thoroughly into comparing many options before two world-travel backpacking trips in the past two years and have been fully satisfied with choosing True Traveller on both occasions. The new upgraded system since 2019 means that claiming via phone is straightforward and they authentically pay out if you are unfortunately have to claim.

"What do you do if your GP won't cooperate?!"

Due to the Coronavirus this claim has taken almost 4 months to sort out and I know that is not the fault of True Traveller. What I am annoyed about is when my GP refused to complete the medical form I was stuck! It was only because I moved and registered with a better GP that I could ask them to complete it. Would I have not been able to claim if we had not moved, or would True Traveller have helped - I don't think so! This insurance policy was very expensive and I had to 'jump through hoops' to get £150.00 back!
