Very kind and professional crew. It was easy to get in touch with the company. They provided detailed explanation in the beginning of the claim process. Also the assistance through my entire medical issue was prompt. I received a fair refund for my medical bills. Will chose them again.

Super care, arrangements, plus fees paid directly to Hospital from this company, whilst needing their support when travelling in Asia.
On return to U.K. all matters concerning other costs dealt with. No stupid questions from them, unlike other company’s who attempt every possible angle to nullify your claim.
Guess perfect will just have to do.

"Helpful but sometimes a little misinformed"

They processed my claim fast and were extremely helpful. My own issue was that the first person I spoke to on the phone advised my that I could only submit a claim by post to the UK - tricky when I am in Canada! I spoke to another advisors months later (being back in the UK and attempting to post my claim) who told me I could do it online. Just make sure people get accurate info, and the process is easy enough!

After using them since Feb 2020, so far so good, and we are so happy to have been insured with Truetraveller. Within a month of insuring we had to do more than one claim and after providing the relevant info they were sorted pretty quickly. They dealt very well with the recent Covid stuff too. Cega, who deal with the claims have always been clear on what they need and understanding of situations that sometimes cannot be helped when travelling. I would recommend Truetraveller to anyone who is doing long term travel and who isn't sure where they may be next. The add-ons to the different covers are also exceptional. The process of creating your policy is about as simple as it gets.
They aren't inexpensive, but that price is well worth the peace of mind that they provide.

I was waiting 2 weeks for their reply concerning my luggage delay, and finally got the information it was not covered in spite of the fact that in their first email it was written
"On your policy there is a limit of £35.00 for every 12 hours your baggage is delayed, up to a maximum of £105.00 so you can purchase essential replacement items "

TrueTraveler is indeed an excellent health insurance for long-term travel. The personell was always very nice and helpful and the claim settlement was very quick!

Probably one of the most childish acting companies I have been in contact with ever!
Took out 2 insurances with them, and instead of being understanding and look into improving themselves they would just blame me for reviews they "didnt deserve".
"Write your honest review so others can make better choices" is not exactly what they can handle, luckily they swapped out honest with recent when they realised!
