I previously ordered with BHMA and was informed that they'd gone into liquidation. This would mean my order was at risk. I rang up and spoke to Craig who helped me locate the details of my previous paid for order. This meant I could ensure the order for our matching replacement A frames for our venue would be delivered in time for the opening. Very helpful throughout!

Placed an order with this BHMA on 27th July and paid upfront in full via direct banking an amount of £264.14 as requested by them.

I was advised a manufacturing time of 10 days. After 2 weeks i emailed to ask for an order update - no reply. I have emailed again on 3 separate occasions since - no reply.

I have since tried to call them 3 times on separate occasions - there is never anyone available to take your call.

Ordered table numbers in mid-July. Not delivered when promised. Kept ringing and got no answer. Emailing, got no answer. Finally a former employee called me who still had access to their email and explained the company had ceased trading but was being sold to another party and would be reopening. Told me I should claim on my credit card, but that he had them in stock and I could pay him via Paypal and he would send today - sounded far too dodgy. Website is still live and taking orders. Scam - avoid.

"No response, order not delivered"

I ordered on 13th July, estimated delivery was 15th July, but it hasn't arrived. I got a sales email from the account manager wanting to sell more products, when I replied I got a response saying the person no longer works there. When I replied to that I have had no more correspondence, despite several more emails. Every time I call it either goes to BT answer, rings out completely, or cuts me off, no matter which option I press I cannot get hold of anyone. I'm hoping writing a review will get a response as its been 10 days of silence on all fronts.

"Disappointed"

A-frame was ordered in May and I am still waiting. I have not been kept up to date throughout the process and am disappointed to say the least. I am amazed at all the 5 star reviews and am wondering if I should take it personally!
