"Excellent - I have been using the large drying…"

I have been using the large drying towel on my comfort doodle. Golden retriever, cocker spaniel, poodle cross so she has a very thick coat like a sponge. This towel is amazing it dries her coat in minutes, leaves her coat fluffy, soft and dry. She no longer has a damp coat which used to leave her beds damp, so she is nice and warm. I will be purchasing the drying coat next as I am sure this will be of the same quality. Would highly recommend getting this for your dog if they like going out in all weathers.

"Disappointing product, poor service"

Bought a cool mat which seemed good quality at first and my dog loved it, however it split within a month and the gel started leaking out. They’re obviously not tough enough to withstand dog claws. Disappointed as it wasn’t cheap, and I never received a response from customer services.

"Updated review of paws and presto"

I originally left a low score review due to my purchasing experience, which I was disappointed with having bought with paws and presto for the first time. Tom got In touch with me and was very apologetic, explaining the catalogue of issues the company has had. I appreciate the impact reviews have on independent businesses, which I’m always keen to support, and Tom has managed to turn my review around with an attentive phone call and gestural gift for my dogs which is really kind. I hope with the new fulfilment supplier I will become a regular customer of paws and presto in the future

"Great quality products, quick and helpful service"

Ordered a cool mat for our Labrador from Paws and Presto. The quality of the product sent was great, it arrived really quickly and the customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Item not received. Company very helpful until refund requested then all contact stopped and no response to further emails. Had to request refund through PayPal.

"Missing delivery, no tracking or contact available"

Placed my order 8 days (6 working days) ago with no delivery or order update. The UK is in a heatwave and we ordered two cooling Matt's for our puppy to help him through. You haven't updated the tracking information, replied to my email or provided another way to contact you. This feels like a scam, please can someone reply and update me?

"Incorrect items sent, hard to get reply from the business"

Ordered two cool mats because of lovely big size described on the website. Order was slow to arrive but I wasn't too concerned about that but when it arrived they were not the advertised size or the colour I had ordered. I wasn't worried about the colour but the wrong size was an issue as I have a very big dog. I sent an email to query it, no reply, sent a further one asking if I could return them and if they had the advertised size but I just got an email saying to return them and giving part of an address but no company name details etc. I wrote a further email asking if they had the correct size for replacements and also whether they would refund return postage too as the parcel is heavy and the items were misdescribed but I didn't get a reply. I don't want to return parcel to wrong place and the company name on original parcel label as the sender is not Paws and Presto, it's Bennet Coco Limited so don't know if that's the right return name or not ??, no address details on the website, no phone number, tried ringing number on parcel label but no answer so left a message but no response yet. It's such a shame it's so hard to get a response from this business as I'm left not knowing what to try next??, I need to know correct company name and full address for return and would also like confirmation that I will get a full refund including cost of return (which isn't cheap due to weight) because order is wrong due to items being misdescribed so it is not my fault that I am having to return them. Hopefully someone from the business will see this and reply?

Placed an order for cooling mats for our dogs to get them through the heatwave. Nothing received, no order update and no response to emails.

"Waiting for cool mat to be dispatched...."

Waiting for a cool mat but no update at all since the initial order email. Based on previous reviews we are worried that it will not be dispatched in a timely manner so will need to cancel order if no update from the company. Very disappointing.

Update: Thanks for the response. I have requested a refund for this order twice now by email with no reply so please can you action that refund and let me know when it has been done. I wish you all the best in sorting out the admin side of your business.
