"Huur hier nooit!"

Huur hier nooit! Je wordt volledig opgelicht, ze laten je een overeenkomst tekenen zonder schade aan het voertuig. Bij het inleveren op de luchthaven zijn ze niet aanwezig en geven aan dat je het voertuig met de sleutel onder de mat van de bestuurderstoel achter kunt laten. Daarna schrijven ze een aanzienlijk bedrag aan schade af op je creditcard en heb je geen poot om op te staan. Treurige situatie waarbij ook creditcardmaatschappij AMEX met hen meespeelt!

"Scam! Don't rent a car "

I needed an rental car at Ibiza for one day. After returning the car I delivered the tank of petrol completely full.

After returning back home I saw that they collect an extra amount of 38,70 euros that was deducted from my deposit.

I've tried to contact them by e-mail and they said that I've returned the car with no benzin???

Besides the petrol receipt I have no proof with photos of the dashboard and that is why they no longer respond ....

I think this rental company is a scam and advise everyone not to rent there or to keep proof of all parts.

Das Auto war top und das mieten des Fahrzeugs ging schnell. Das Problem bei mir ist erst nach den Urlaub aufgetaucht. 3 Tage in Deutschland bekomme ich ein Anruf das mein Konto mit 14 Abbuchungen aus Spanien belastet ist. Als der „Bankmitarbeiter“ dann nach meinen Kontozugang fragte war mir klar das er nicht von der Bank ist. Dann überlegte ich wer meine Handynummer, meinen Namen und meine Bank kennt und wusste das ich in Spanien war. Da ich alles außer den Mitwagen mit Bargeld bezahlt hatte war mir schnell klar das da das Leck ist und irgend ein Mitarbeiter bei Class Rent a car meine Daten weitergegeben hat.

Noleggio per una giornata in settembre al porto crociere, prenotazione sul sito, personale presente in uffico simpatico ed accogliente e mi hanno dato numerose ed ulteriori info sull'isola, upgrade auto, nuova, funzionale, pulita, al rientro richiesto livello di benzina come alla partenza, appuntamento per restituire le chiavi, tutto organizzato al meglio, consiglio vivamente, per chi sbarca dalle navi è un servizio comodo e veloce! Aggiungo che avendo inizialmente avuto problemi a contattarli per la prenotazione, si sono prodigati con mail e messaggi wathapp affinché riuscissi nell'intento, andato poi a buon fine, un plauso anche per questa loro disponibilità!

"Unprofessional and Dishonest Service – Avoid This Car Rental Company"

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car rental company. I specifically looked for a rental service that offered full insurance with a low deductible to avoid potential problems. Despite the high price, I feel like I was taken advantage of. We returned the car properly, even the night before, and placed the keys at the agreed drop-off point. We also parked the car in front of the office. To my surprise, 47.33 euros were charged to my account. Now, they want another 116 euros.

I called customer service five times this morning. Twice, the call was hung up on me. When I asked why I was being charged so much money, no one could provide an answer. Eventually, someone contacted me via WhatsApp. First, they apologized for charging for two extra days. Then they claimed that we had returned the car on October 5th. Allegedly, a colleague confirmed that I personally handed over the keys, which I find hard to believe since I wasn’t even in Ibiza at that time. It was impossible.

In hindsight, we should have handed over the keys in person to have solid proof. Unfortunately, our trust was exploited. Thankfully, I have two witnesses who can confirm that I dropped off the keys eight hours before the scheduled return time. The bank has been contacted, as well as the European Consumer Protection Agency. If the money is not refunded, I will also involve the police, as this is clearly fraud. My emails remain unanswered. The question of how I supposedly handed over the car two days late in person, even though I wasn’t in Ibiza, is simply ignored.

If you’re looking for a car rental service, please go elsewhere. This has been the most disappointing rental experience I have ever encountered. It’s extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, deeply unfair to the customer.

Preciso che mi dispiace molto perché mi ero trovata bene, fino a quando sono stati presi soldi (come finta caparra), dicendo che venivano restituiti dopo 24H e rimessi sul conto. Dopo varie chiamate, senza più ricevere risposta abbiamo deciso di regalare questi soldi evidentemente a morti di fame. Ah.. di nome Alessandro (italiano) che lavora nel punto vendita di Cala Longa. Non fatevi fregare.

"Una mala experiencia "

Una mala experiencia en la oficina de Cala Llonga en Ibiza.
Después de alquilar un vehículo por internet, al ir a recogerlo, nos atendió el encargado, Alex y nos entregó un vehículo con más de 70000 kms y en un estado lamentable de la carrocería. Al arrancar el vehículo se enciende en el cuadro de mandos un testigo de aviso de funcionamiento incorrecto del sistema de frenado y otro aviso de falta de presión en los neumáticos. Le comento el tema al encargado y me manifiesta que no me preocupe, que "el coche está loco" con los indicadores del tablero. Le digo que quiero un vehículo qué se encuentre en buenas condiciones y me comenta que no tiene uno de la misma categoria, al final tengo que pagar la diferencia por un vehículo mejor o quedarme sin vehículo y reclamar en la web.
He de destacar el trato ofrecido por este personaje, muy lejos de actuar de forma profesional, poco cualificado y dando una imagen de la empresa y un servicio lamentable. Nada que ver con el trato recibido por parte de su compañera, muy atenta educada y profesional.
Destacar que al devolver el vehículo en las oficinas del aeropuerto, tuvimos una incidencia, ya que nos rompieron una ventanilla para robar en el interior del vehículo. A pesar de haber contratado un seguro sin franquicia, nos hicieron pagar 25€ en concepto de gastos de gestión de dicho seguro. En fin, no recomiendo esta empresa para alquilar un vehículo.

Location d'une fiat 500 cabriolet début juin pour 2 jours ,rendue en parfait état et plein fait . Jusqu'à ce jour, septembre tjs aucun remboursement de la caution de 100€ ,donc méfiance

Poor. Very poor.
Would not use again due to an attempt to charge for damage we didn’t cause. If it wasn’t for photos we took beforehand then we wouldn’t have a leg to stand on.
Nobody checked car before and only checked without us present at end.
Car was nice but not clean. Apparently I have to wait for up to 7 days for deposit return.
Rep was cold with communication and straight on defence. Thankfully Carli the Grand Palladium (White) customer services was superb in her help… a big well done to her.
I hope they end their business relationship with Class 1 rentals in Ibiza.

"Servicio horrible"

El señor Alejandro de Glass rent a car de Calla Longa, no tiene caráter, ni ay tenido ninguna educación
En 2 dias habemus tenido tres coches. Los 2 primeros estropeados !! El segundo coche que nos a regalado, un coche con un pneu roto, sin presión y nos a dicho qué eso eras normal, tenia un cavo!!! Por Dios qué tío, qué lastima , muy provocador ….
No tienen servicio de urgencia en estrada, nos quedamos solos por la noche sin ayuda y señor Alejandro nos a dicho para hacer queja al estado
No alquile el coche a esta empresa
