Il prodotto funziona bene ed ha un rapporto qualità-funzionalità-prezzo molto buono rispetto a quanto si trova in giro.
Quello che al giorno d'oggi trovo 'fenomenale' è la velocità e la competenza del servizio di supporto.

Paid for a set number of emails.
Configured the DNS records as instructed and ran the checker that confirmed all ok.
Set up my email complete with link to unsubscribe, website and privacy policy.
Sent a couple of tests to fine tune the email layout.
Generated a plain text copy and ran the spam check all good.
Started the sending and after a say 150 emails I received an email to say that they couldn't verify the domain.
I checked the sending log and saw errors starting to appear so aborted the send.
Then received an email saying my account was closed as I was spamming.
Used the chat to try and resolve this only to be told account closed, find another supplier and no I wouldn't be getting a refund as they deemed I was spamming and that was that
So folks look for another supplier or risk losing your money.
You have been warned.
In response to your reply. The only links on the email where to the website which is a business that has been trading for many years, a link to the privacy policy and to the unsubscribe page.
With regards to reaching out to you I have submitted a ticket #9880666 to which I have not had a reply!

It's now 3 days since I submitted the ticket number #9880666 and so reply.

I submitted another ticket #510757 asking why they had not replied to my first ticket and of course I attached a copy of the original ticket.
The reply to the second ticket was "your account has been closed and we have no more info about this in such cases"
My reply was "Your reply is not acceptable.
Please tell me why my account has been closed and supply supporting documentation as to how this decision has been reached."
Now waiting for a reply for which I have given the 17 December 2024 as the required date.

The help (from Abdullah) was fantastic. My issues are and were very complex and he stayed with me, sent information and maybe with help like this I will once more have my systems in order.
This was an issue with a bulk mailing and there were lots of issues.

If you look up reviews about this service online, you’ll find that most of them indicate that they close accounts for trivial reasons and do not offer any real assistance to help you become a legitimate user.
This is exactly what happened to me. I tried several times to sign up for the service, but each time they closed my account within just five minutes. When I asked customer service why this was happening, they responded with "Good luck, we cannot cooperate" without providing any explanation, as if I was begging them for a favor.
They seem to think their service, which many doubt is reliable in terms of deliverability, is the only one on the market, and that everyone would fail without them. There are better services out there that know how to respect their clients and provide real support to help you become a loyal user.
The people running this service don't value their customers and treat them with arrogance.
Another issue: I repeatedly asked the customer service team over a month if having a website was a requirement to join their service. Several representatives named Abdullah, Khaloud, and Merna responded that no, a website was not required. Great, I thought! However once I finished signing up, I was surprised to find my account immediately closed. After much persistence, I was finally told that I needed a website that met their specific requirements, along with other ridiculous terms.
I am confident that they would close my account even if I wasted time setting this up and then tried to register again. This is simply because they are an unreliable service.
To turboSMTP: I was about to sign up for your $400 package, but because of your customer service that drives customers away instead of helping them, I don't need you anymore.

"Servizio non professionale"
Dopo aver effettuato una prova su due domini ed un sottodominio per un mese con buoni risultati hanno sospeso il servizio senza alcuna comunicazione a riguardo causando la perdita di numerose e-mail senza possibilità di risalire nè al lasso temporale nè alle informazioni delle email non inviate.
La causa indicata, dopo una loro analisi durata diverse ore e ripristinata senza alcun avviso, è stata quella di oggetti contenenti le parole "wetransfer" e "youtube".
Non sono state fornite indicazioni di alcun genere per poter fare ulterioir analisi sui nostri server.
Non è possibile registrare separatamente i domini per cercare di limitare i danni perchè "l'anagrafica è già presente".
Probabilmente un account a pagamento è trattato in modo più decente, ma già da una prova di poco più di un mese il servizio non lo ritengo degno di esser utilizzato in ambito professionale, nonostante si vantino di collaborare con aziende importanti.
Probabilmente terrò i servizi per situazioni di emergenza, ma non sicuramente pe rl'utilizzo principale o come proposta sui nostri clienti.
la seconda stella è solo perchè il servizio clienti effettivamente ha risposto in tempi brevi e con informazioni sempre coerenti, anche se non condivisibili.
