The phone call to choose a relevant model was extremely helpful in choosing the best option and followed by a clear explanation of the service offered. They collected the old oven and installed the new, reassuring me that the new oven would fit perfectly which it did.
The delivery men were courteous and efficient.

Customer service was next to useless. Delivery due for Monday morning eventually arrived Wednesday pm. Wrong information, VERY late correction to delivery info, no phone contact after 4.30pm. First and last time we bought from Appliancentre.

Having placed the above review ( all of which is accurate) Applianceentre have responded stating nonsense about our delivery being booked for the Wednesday and we could have paid for an earlier delivery. Total rubbish. Appliancentre advised the original Monday morning delivery so we arranged our day to be at home. When nothing arrived, AC insisted our washing machine was out for delivery directly from Hoover, only correcting that statement early evening and informing us that AC would reschedule THEIR crew to deliver on Wednesday morning which they eventually did early Wednesday afternoon. Top tip: It's a bad idea to blame a customer incorrectly when an apology would have been appropriate. Definitely the first and last time.

The engineer came to see my fridge with no spare parts in the van (which stated on the website engineer has spare parts in the van to fix straight away) told me takes 7 to 10 days to get the parts and when it fixed the fridge the freezer maybe broken give me the impression that no point to fix at all so that I will buy a new one quote me a new fridge/ freezer price delivery in 3 days and if i buy a new one it will charge half the call out charge. i would not trust this company and paid him £102. call out charge and not want to give them more bussiness again!

Repair identified and carried out very quickly. Bab, the engineer was efficient and friendly. The part was ordered and fitted within only a few days. Immediate receipt and perfect job. I will use this company again and recommend them to everyone.

Awful - avoid despite cheap delivery costs. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Installation booked 9-12am today, so arranged to be at home. No text, didn't turn up. Called them, no apology from agent on phone and was told order was still "processing", and they'd call back. I had to call back - was told that I could get a redelivery another day - again no apology. Suggested it was my fault for assuming the 3hr delivery window on the order confirmation was the actual delivery time and I shouldn't have waited at home without receiving a text the night before. Then put the phone down - looks from the reviews this is a common pattern! Called back, asked for a refund, had phone put down again. Finally got through, was told I would get a refund and had to claim it back from the bank having chased repeatedly for four weeks and got no response.
