Very efficient service , came within the two hour time window provided . Advised it was not worth repairing . Gave us a good price for a new one . To compensate for the call out charge , they gave free delivery and took away the old piece within the advertised price. Very efficient and reliable service .

No one showed up on day they were supposed to to fix my washing machine. Had to call to get the guy to come the next day, who came for 5 minutes, didn’t fix anything, then charged me full price.

He said a part needed to be ordered and he would be back early the next week - fast forward over 2 weeks after this and someone just now came after having to hound them constantly, and when he did arrive, it was very very late.

LSDR: extremely unreliable service, don’t use them for repairs if it’s anything urgent.

"Did not get what was offered"

The washing machine (delivered on time) was offered with an extended warranty that has yet to be seen! Called customer support told someone will call back - never happened - called again to be told it will be sent by mail - never happened. Can't buy anything again because this review is not 5* so I lose my 10% discount carrot!

The technicians that came out were very good - my one star or zero star is for customer service, an inarticulate horrible person on other end of phone - actually just recently phoned again for a repair - I know - silly of me - but the engineers have been really good - once again disaster phone call with same surly individual who hung up, never again -!!

I’ve read bad reviews here so I was slightly worried but I have to say they were incredibly patient and helpful when we encountered a big problem installing our brand new dishwasher. There was a bit of mistake at their end as well but they tried their best to rectify it and all was good in the end. Big thanks to the guy who installed it. You were an absolute star.
