Worst customer service ever. Did not deliver chest freezer on 26th April 2024 as agreed. Promised to deliver on Monday 29th April 2024 which again did not happen. Item was finally delivered on Tuesday 30th April 2024 without any apology or compensation.

Installation was over 3 hours late. Tracking links and updates were for another order. No reliable estimates from phone support. Really messed my day around. But nice and speedy installation when they arrived.

And then rude to all on delivery !
Plus demanding extra payment to take appliance up one floor…. Why no mention before ? Btw…. receipt please (as if)

I had a good experience with this company first they came out to check the status of my my old machine which was no longer viable. I purchased a new machine through their site and the team came and fitted, very professional very well organised.

I have never ordered anything and it not turned up.This company is a disgrace three times I was told my tumble dryer would be delivered and nothing arrived is it because I'm a woman my husband called them and they delivered it the same day,don't buy anything from this company don’t waste your time I wish I'd read the reviews first.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
Their customer service is beyond ridiculous and rude which there is a clear patern if you read the reviews. We used them for first time in our company and when we requested the job sheet, which we are still waiting, we were ignored and instead harassed about paying their invoice of few pounds and threaten if we didn't pay they were sending the engineer to break the appliance again . They say they record the phone calls for training purposes, what a joke, they don't have a clue what customer service is in this country, they are just rude and they don't have any manners, someone should teach them the words 'please' and 'thank you' to start. I tried to contact the MD and again no response, absolutely joke of a company and we won't be using them again as clearly they don't give a crap about their customers or want our business. We'll be raising the issue to Trading Standards.

"I have had a really terrible experience…"
I have had a really terrible experience with this company. Firstly, the website allowed me select next day delivery - this did not transpire and when I followed up, I was told that it wouldn’t be delivered until 3-5 working days. I don’t understand why I was allowed to select this option if it wasn’t possible and why no update was provided when this wasn’t going to happen. I had to call multiple times to ask for updates. I was told a number of times that I would be called back - I wasn’t. I made the company aware that our plumbing was on the first floor with no lift access - I was told that I would have to pay for another person to come to install. I agreed. When the machine arrived, the delivery duo made no effort to get the machine upstairs. The installation therefore didn’t happen. I was told that I would get a refund for installation. I haven’t received any confirmation of this or any refund to date. I sent an email asking about this as well as a price promise which i didn’t receive a response to. I just called to follow up and the person I spoke to was incredible rude and hung up on me. I called again. I was told the installation fee had been refunded - I made the point I had to chase for this and they again were incredibly rude to me. They said I was not entitled to a price promise refund as this needs to be done on purchase (I didn’t realise this and know this is my fault) but the only reason we went with this company was because of the speedy delivery promised which they didn’t transpire. If we had known it was going to take just as long as other companies we would have purchased elsewhere (I thought I would purchase and then claim price promise differential which would have meant it wasn’t that much more expensive than elsewhere) and I would have followed up on price promise quicker if it was obvious that this was a necessity. I asked to speak to the employee’s manager at which point he hung uk again. I’m very frustrated and believe I am owed a £55 price match refund ( I don’t think I can contest this further though given the info on the website in hindsight) as well as £25 installation fee refunds, but I suspect nothing will come of this.
