"Avoid"

Meant to deliver one week ago and still hasn't arrived. Customer services put the phone down twice and was promised 2 calls back which I never received. Cant track the order on their website, Wouldn't recommend at all.

"Avoid!"

Booked a repair and the email said it was on hold. Emailed for an update, no reply. Called and they said they don’t know how to fix my fridge. I asked to cancel and would appreciate it if was told earlier in advance so I didn’t have to arrange work around the visit. Avoid this service as it’s very poor communication.

"Very pleased"

My dishwasher had broken, they came to review, advised on it, and replaced it. They were very professional, reasonable prices and very efficient in their delivery. I was very impressed and pleased with my replacement. They also cleaned up!

"We booked in a repair of our washing…"

We booked in a repair of our washing machine and steam oven. The engineer came to site and was there for no more than 10 mins - how he identified what was wrong, was beyond me. We were told that we would receive a list of parts to buy, but this never arrived. I had to call and email a number of times and eventually a few weeks later I received the list. I agreed that they would buy the parts for me and have been struggling for the past 6 weeks to get the repair booked in. I finally received an email a week ago saying that the engineer had tried to call us, but we have no missed calls or voicemails from him. I was asked to call to book this in. I replied to the email, saying that I was in Costa Rica and asked to book this in for the following Monday. I had no response to that email and multiple others since and I have called 3 times now and nobody answers the calls... it rings to voicemail. Nobody returns my calls either. Beware, this company looks super dodgy!! Follow-up: they were super quick to respond to my negative review here, but have still not returned my phone call or responded to any emails. They should spend more time responding to clients in a timely manner, so they need less time responding to negative reviews.

"Poor customer service "

Placed order on 15/12/24, for a freezer. I received confirmation of delivery date which is/was 18/12/24 between 08:00-12:00. I called at 13:50 to enquire where my delivery was, and the person on the phone spoke over me, then cancelled my order then hung up the phone.

I then called back at 14:02 wanting to enquire why my order was cancelled without an explanation or my say so. I was on hold for longer than the last time and before I got to say what my problem was, the person on the phone asked if I was the person from XYZ postcode for XYZ item, which may or may not be a breach of GDPR frameworks. During the 2 phone calls I heard just lies, excuses & interruptions while I was attempting to enquire about my order.

The good thing is that the calls are recorded & the person on the phone could be taught a lesson in basic customer service, such as "hello, my name is XYZ, how can I help?" and then actually try to help.

I have taken a day off from work to wait for a delivery that was never going to come, it's unprofessional. Why advertise things that you don't sell? Why have people on the phone in customer service that seem to resent serving customers? Check the phone call recordings for quality and training.

"Delivered 4 days later "

I took a half day to accept the delivery of my new tumble dryer but the delivery didn’t happen until 4 days later. At no point did customer service contact me about the late delivery, I had to call them (and sit on hold for nearly an hour) and found the staff to be unapologetic.
Delivery team were very friendly and helpful.
