"I booked an appointment"
I booked an appointment: three days beforehand I was asked to do this review, I think this is an annoying Trust Pilot automated request!
The engineer came and diagnosed a new part was needed. Apparently, it is on extended delivery, but I was told, nor kept up to date, until I chased it up.

Arrived at expected time. Took away old dishwasher and replaced with new one with no damage. Checked new one was working before they left.

The service was excellent. I booked and paid for the washing machine the day before it was delivered and fitted!! The old machine was taken away and it was all seamless. The guys who came to fit it where friendly and really knew what they were doing. The experience overall was top class!

"Started really well, ended terribly."
Used them 3 times. First two times it was for a tenant, and it worked as a charm - so if you feel lucky, go for it.
Third time was for myself. Easy to book online, but never received a phone call. Gave them a call myself and they booked a slot in for the day after. The engineer never turned up.
Called them again they day after, they put the phone down.
Called them again an hour later, and they told me the engineer refuses to come over because I didn't pay the previous time. Bear in mind that I paid in advance for the call and the new appliance (inclusive of installation). Apparently there was extra work to do for which the engineer wanted an additional payment. Assuming this is true, they have never sent a further invoice, or a request for money, which I would have happily settled.
Who's right, who's wrong? Up to you to decide.
However, note the unprofessional elements here:
1. they left me hanging a whole afternoon waiting for the engineer. They could have refused when I called the first time, instead of wasting my time. This felt like retaliation for my alleged lack of payment.
2. when asked about a clarification, they told me this is not how business is done, but they didn't chase the payment which I would have made (after confirmation with the tenant).

The company is very efficient and office staff great.
However, the onsite Delivery and Installation team tried to charge me an additional £20 cash to take the unit up stairs. Unfriendly and poor customer attitude.

I have used many appliance stores in my time I have not come across one like this they cater to my needs as a landlord very efficient and hassle free experience.
Would highly recommend such a trustworthy company.
