I had an issue, the engineer was sent quickly, the fault wasn't fixed (not due to the fault of the engineer but possibly it just couldn't be fixed).

I followed up a few times with Sam as I was of the understanding that a partial refund was given if the fault wasn't fixed. I may have misunderstood this but the service i got from Sam, the manager, was frustrating.

It was clear from his tone I was annoying him and he was exasperated with me. I was being polite in response. Eventually he hung up on me. Based on this I wouldn't use them again.

We could have ended up in the same position (with no refund) and I would have been satisfied if he had have been more polite and not hung up on me.

These guys came to look at our malfunctioning dishwasher, as we expected we needed a new one. They organised a replacement, removed & disposed of the old one and fully fitted a new one within 1 working day… excellent service, reasonable cost. Friendly and efficient too
