The guys were great-I’d had been trying to get another company to get engineer to come out to replace the fan heating element on our Smeg oven for 2 weeks- they messed me around waiting for parts and then told me they had no engineers! I called Appliance Repair, they were very responsive, they had someone round the next day who fixed the oven in less than 15 minutes. Great service, very efficient. Thanks

I can only give 1 star as there is no option for zero.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They destroyed the plinth under my units while installing a dishwasher. After agreeing to replace it (£250) they then drew it out for a year and refused to pay. I took them to small claims court and WON. This was in September. The judge told Sam that he had 14 days to pay the damage. He emailed the next day to say he wouldn't pay.... I have now applied to the court for a Warrant of Control. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !
