The engineer told me he couldn’t fix the problem as he couldn’t get the machine away from the wall, but when another engineer came the following day, they managed to resolve the problem by cleaning the filter, which didn’t require moving the machine. I felt like the appliance centre engineer didn’t try very much to resolve the problem before leaving (and still charging full fee).

"Unprofessional and dishonest delivery crew."

I ordered a washer dryer for my tenants on the first floor of my building and as part of the ordering I requested removal of the old machine which was offered.
When the delivery crew arrived they initially refused to do the removal as the old machine had not been disconnected. This stipulation was not clear on the website when making the order and delivery booking. However I disconnected the old machine and the crew removed it. They then left the new machine on the ground floor and left the building without talking to anybody. I phoned customer service who said they would check with the crew and call me back. They called back saying the crew said the machine wouldn’t fit up the stairs in its packaging (it would) and that I told them not to remove the packaging so they left it on the ground floor. Well, as they hadn’t spoken to me or my tenants that couldn’t have happened. They lied. I requested the crew return immediately and deliver the machine. I remove all of the packaging except for the polystyrene tray under the machine. They arrived forty minutes later and brought the machine upstairs to the first floor flat. They then left and one of the crew took the polystyrene tray from the ground floor hallway. He dropped it as soon as he had closed the front door to the building. I went outside to ask why had just dropped it and not either put it in the bin which is in the front of the garden, or taken it with him. He pretended not to understand and just walked away.

This is the worst delivery service I have ever had in my 25 years of living in London. Most unprofessional, dishonest and quite frankly lazy delivery men. I normally tip delivery crews, they missed out. I won’t be using Appliance Centre again nor can I recommend them to anybody.

After 2 months. My part is still not available. The customer service is very unhelpful and they never call you back. If I could give minus stars I would. Do not use this company. They are rubbish

Great price for both product and fitting. Booked next day delivery and they arrived in the window, no issues fitting, took old appliance away.
Will definitely use again.

Booked a repair but unfortunately old machine was terminal. Equivalent replacement was quickly suggested, delivered and installed with the minimum of fuss.

Never heard of this company but really needed a new machine and delivered quickly .. I ordered on Sunday and machine came next day !!! Monday was installed and old one taken away the there was a little spillage and he even cleaned it up for me :) so far VERY HAPPY polite respectful staff thank you
