Have a problem with a current account where it’s in liquidation mode only for over 3 weeks. Sent them all necessary document in a day. Haven’t heard back from them in over 3 weeks. Customer service is crap.

Hallo, ich bin mit Ninja Trader nebst Tradovate sehr zufrieden ! Der Support ist immer hilfsbereit und bemüht jedes Problem der Kunden zu lösen. Die Auszahlung funktioniert auch reibungslos. Und das eine Anmeldung ca. 2-3 Werktage dauert, ist eigentlich normal bezüglich der Sicherheit. Alles im allen ist es ein sehr guter Broker ! Grüße aus Munich/Germany

Benutze seit 15 Jahren fast nur Ninjatrader. Der Support ist schnell und kompetent. Mit Version 8 konnte ich mich jedoch nie anfreunden, das ist für mich keine Verbesserung sondern Verschlechterung.
Der Datenfeed ist sehr gut, allerdings muss man wissen, dass, wenn zu viele Indikatoren auf bar close = false gesetzt sind, dies enorme Resourcen benötigt. Eine leistungsstarke Hardware ist Voraussetzung für leistungsstarkes Trading.
