"Worst cust service in history."
Customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Both email and phone support are absolutely no help. Everytime on the phone the rep is inexperienced and has no knowledge. Email reps always promise to get back to you and never do. The webpage portal, despite all recommendations, constantly kicks me off. Literally the worst online portal and customer service I have ever experienced ever.

"NT8 Update Migration Issues"
Have traded with NT8 for years now, Love the product.
But ever since they had their Newest update can't seem to execute any of my order access data.
This now makes me want to give them a 1-star review as the level of frustration I'm getting is appalling.
Before their update, they deserve a 5-star for the quality of their product. If they can fix the migration issue I'll update the review back to 5-star. If not it's going to a 1 star.

I was skeptical about getting support on something I had a preconceived notion would be complex to resolve. CHRISTIAN is the person that took my call and helped me. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable his vibe made me feel. He had a positive tone to his voice and genuinely seemed to take an interest in helping me resolve the issue I was experiencing. He was patient when and where I needed him to be. With his help, the problem was solved in minutes. Thank you!!!!

totally unprofessional and messed up. This company is way over its head in customer service and professionalism. I have been with them for a couple months now and cannot wait to leave. Do not give these guys a shot. They recently joined with two other brokerage companies and now they are way understaffed and incompetent.

Created an account 2 months ago. Still didn't approve me to this day. YES i've been waiting 2 months to purchase data and fund my account. So i got data through my other account (tradovate). Transferred ton's of my scripts from pinescript into C# So i can run my strategies to be automated. All the contracts that are used in Ninjatrader use different data from what i normally trade with on tradingview > tradovate. So alot of strategies dont work. NT uses contracts like NQJUN ES JUN etc while there are other contract names available. This throughs the whole thing off. Now this isn't the only issue. Its very slow, bulky and not user friendly. You can't live update any of your scripts or indicators. You have to go into the editor edit it and compile it. If you have ANY errors at all in any of your codes they wont allow you to compile ANYthing at all Period. So if i edit file1 move to file2 and file1 has errors (unrelated document) i can't compile file2. There are many connection issues and lots of freezing. I moved to NT because of the ease in automation. Thats about the only thing good with NT. I would NEVER trade using NT manually. Its only good for 2 things. Automating trades and Trade Copier. Its a little sad. Also the update is much slower then the previous version and they added an irratating login window so that you have to retype your username everysingle time. I wouldn't recommend this platform if you want to trade normally or for new users. I'd ONLY recommend this platform to people looking to automate prop accounts. I dont even use it to automate my live account because of the connection issues.
