I have been a customer of Jennings Ford for quite a number of years. Over the last 20 years I have dealt with the dealership at South Shields and had very good service from them. Just over 10 years ago my wife and I moved 100 miles away to Cumbria to retire. Despite this, I remained a Jennings Ford customer and returned regularly to have my car serviced or changed. Due to a change in Ford's trading policy this dealership is now solely a Ford Direct site. However when I recently contacted them to discuss changing my car they informed me of this and offered to pass my details to the Gateshead branch. I was contacted by a very pleasant gentleman named Paul Pellegrino. I was warmly welcomed to the branch and treated very well. A close friend of mine who lives in Durham has dealt regularly with this branch and always had a very pleasant experience each time he visited. I detailed my requirements and was able to negotiate a very good deal. Paul Pellegrino answered all my questions fully and made sure I was perfectly happy before signing the order form. The car was delivered when he said it would be and I'm extremely satisfied with it. It's a Focus Titanium 1.6 Diesel in Burnished Glow and I've had many favourable comments on it. Its a delight to drive and extremely comfortable. I look forward to lots of happy motoring with it.

I was looking for a low mileage Ford Fiesta about a year old, we had been to our local Ford Dealer who had several 2/3 year old cars but all with more mileage than I would have liked. So I decided to look on the internet at Ford Dealers, and came up with Jennings. They had the one I bought, one year old, and only 5,500 miles and the colour I would have chosen if I had bought a new one Hot Magenta !
I contacted them, and after only a couple of questions i.e. about warranty and tax etc I agreed to purchase the vehicle.
It was completely hassle free, I received an invoice, and paid a deposit over the phone ,a few days later when the car was ready I paid the balance, they then sent the car on a transporter.
I am absolutely delighted with the car, it is perfect not a mark on it, it runs like a dream.
The Service from Jennings was first class, I never had any doubts about buying a car I had not seen, and would recommend Jennings to anyone.
