The guys we were dealing with at Jennings Ford, Yarm Road, Stockton, were knowledgeable, welcoming and very professional. We have to name Robert Flintoff and Lee Spence on the sales side and Peter in finance. They guided us around all the best options for us and even when the car was held up in Southampton, they did all they could to speed it up. An enjoyable experience.

Got the usual excellent service from Gareth. Good deal after a bit of haggling. Kept informed of expected delivery. Car ready and waiting with all the extras in place. Good follow up service. The fact that we have bought several cars from dealership should say it all.

Poor - Still waiting for £140 from Ford insurance - £90 for cost of transferring insurance to them and £50 for taking quote that day.Was told it would take a few week has been a month now - dissapointed.
