Excellent service we arrived at the showroom on a Sunday hoping to see a Grand CMax we asked one of the salespeople if they could show us one but they said there didn't have one on the plot but if we would like to come back the following day they would arrange to have one there from 9am. We returned the following day viewed the car had a test drive with Tracey (motability) and bought one. We had tried other Ford showrooms trying to find a Grand CMax prior but this branch was the only one to offer to find one for us Thanks

Hand book omitted from pack handed to me. A fundamental necessity I would have thought when buying a new car.
General manager writes to me telling me about latest offer and inviting me to visit showroom a few days after I had just bought a new car.
I Sent e-mail to General Manager about that and 2/3 other matters but received no reply to my inquiry or any apology.
Disappointed with that attitude.
Dealing with the salesman himself was fine and he did hid best.
Car hand over and admin all went well.
