Within a fortnight of ordering from Protec, my new caravan was snugly protected by an accurately fitted and tightly secured cover with openings in all the right places.
When, later, I had a solar panel fitted, Protec very rapidly modified the cover to include a clear section in exactly the right position to allow my battery to remain topped up all year round.
Recently I carelessly broke a buckle on the strap securing my towing cover to the A-frame. Using their customer records Protec had an appropriate replacement strap in the post the same day I rang to ask for help.
To sum up my experience with Protec:- high quality products; excellent service; dedicated friendly staff; no waiting.

"A replacement bag for our front cover"

I emailed Peter yesterday on the off chance i could purchase a replacement bag our front cover came in as my hubby lost the original bag somehow 🤦🏼‍♀️
I got an email this morning saying a replacement is being sent to me and at no cost to me,I can't thank Peter enough he really is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and their products!

What an impressive service from the Protec Team
I have Protec Covers as the main caravan cover as well as a chip guard front cover. Both are now about 5 years old and the chip guard front cover had taken some punishment from the sun. The Protec Team did an incredible 4 day turn around, from arranging collection of the damaged cover, refurbishing it completely with a new zip, stretch bands and light covers and all sent back to me in a new storage bag within 4 days.

Fantastic company to deal with, I bought a full caravan cover as well as a travel cover, have used both covers over the last five years and they have been superb! I’ve had covers from other manufacturers but they haven’t lasted more than a couple of years! The quality of the Protec covers are far superior to any other brand that I’ve looked at. They are easy to fit and are made of high quality material, all the seams are double stitched and the plastic clips fitting are really easy to attach! I have just changed my caravan and contacted Protec to order a new Travel (front) cover for the new van, I ordered the cover and it was made to order, and delivered within 7days! As ever the new cover is of the highest quality and fits the caravan like a glove! If you are looking for a full cover, or a travel cover to protect your investment you couldn’t buy any better than a Protec product!
