Many thanks for expediting my order which I received within 2 weeks. My old Protec cover has probably travelled 20,000 miles over 7 years and the front of my caravan still looks like new. I hope this one does as well. The new design with the centre zip makes for easy and speedy fitting by one person.

"Impressive covers and experience"

Visited Protec covers at the NEC a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with their towing covers. We decided to go for the package of storage, Towing and A frame covers for our Swift Major 4EB that we purchased end of February. We were contacted by Tia from the Head office explaining the whole process again and when we could expect delivery. A week later we recieved a huge box containing our purchase. Unfortunately we were missing the Towing cover but I contacted head office and spoke to a very nice gentleman called Peter. I explained the situation and that we required the Towing cover ASAP as we were going away in 4 days. Peter told me that he would sort it out and we could expect delivery before Wednesday. True to his word we actually recieved the item on Tuesday. The whole process from order to delivery has been fantastic and would highly recommend Protec covers.

I can only rate protec as 5☆. We bought a new caravan and are due to leave on our 1st trip on March 16th. I suddenly realised no towing cover for the van. I ordered online and then realised delivery time were 3 weeks. The following day I phoned protec & spoke to the most helpful young lady,& asked if there's any chance of an urgent delivery as we only had about 10 days before departure. She explained that owing to the recent caravan show at the NEC,they were snowed under with orders. I will see what I can do, and mark it urgent. The cover arrived in less than a week, fantastic. Cannot fault the quality, fits like a glove, and looks amazing. I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from protec again, brilliant service. Once again thank you to the young lady I spoke to, whose name escapes me. If only more companies were this helpful & efficient.

"Superb service."

I recently required a piece of cover material to repair my caravan cover.
The phone was answered immediately by the most courteous and helpful person imaginable who sent more than I required by next day post! He also gave advice on how to repair the cover and suggested a contact adhesive that would do the job.
If only all companies offered this kind of service, then wouldn’t life be wonderful!
The cover itself is a perfect fit and it was my fault that it tore and nothing wrong with the manufacture.

"Buckle/strap replacement"

I bought this cover from their stand at the NEC.
I have used it every year since OCT 08.
It fits ok and is easy to pull on on my own. ( I cant manage it with the poles single handedly and do fold it on removing a certain way).
It was my own fault I ran over a buckle and crushed it and enquired to purchase a new buckle.
Protec very generously supplied a complete new strap at no charge or postage fee. Thankyou
