My husband ordered what he thought was 3 replacement straps online. As we didn't receive a confirmation email I decided to ring them the following day to confirm the order had been received. It had, but it transpired he had actually ordered 3 sets of straps making a total of 27, which is a trifle more than was required! The customer service man was very helpful and found out that the items had already been sent out but they only charged us for the 1 set. Great customer service.

We managed to clear the ice ( 3 hours ) & 5 minutes with their easy fit system to cover her . The cover fits perfectly even with roof rails & rear bike carrier. Extra flaps for the door & battery access .

Eriba Caravan cover purchased. The long delivery time was worth it. They calculated the measurements for my model and then asked for confirmation. Ordering was easy peasy. On arrival it was more than I expected, excellent quality material, fit perfectly, fast delivery and easy to fit. And finally the customer service was great. Good company to do business with.

"Cover repair"

Purchased a cover, kept for a long time before fitting. Due to strange shape of my rig the cover became torn and was further damaged by the storms earlier this year. Cover was well out of warranty but an honest conversation with Protec customer service resulted in a return and offer to repair. I offered to pay costs but the great team at Protec did all the work with no cost. I cannot stress how amazing this has been and they certainly do look after their customers. I cannot fault their service, courtesy, attention to detail and generosity during the current hard times. I would wholeheartedly recommend Protec for a great British well made product and for their customer support. Thank you Team Protec.

I purchased a campervan cover after seeing an ad fir Protec covers in Camping mag. After speaking with Pete I placed a bespoke order. After visiting to have van measured the cover arrived approx 3 weeks later. Very easy to use and fits like a glove. Very happy with the product/service and have recommended to friends.
