I purchased a Casio AP270 at Bava Music for a good price and it said the price comes with adjustable bench, headphones and key guide. When I paid everything and asked for the adjustable bench, it said the website was incorrect. I felt ripped off and deceived by the advertisement on the website. Such a bad experience on my first purchase with Bava Music.

"Don’t Trust The Availability"
During 2020, I ordered twice through Bava’s Music City. The first time was a single item that they immediately informed me was out of stock (I then waited months for the stock to come in, but did eventually receive it). During the waiting period I then placed a second rather large order of items that were listed on their website as available. When I hadn’t received any shipping information within a week, I phoned them and discovered half the items were out of stock that I had ordered. They agreed to send me the items that were in stock while awaiting arrival of the rest. Unfortunately, the speaker I had ordered ended up being a used one (with many obvious signs of wear) and they told me they had no idea how this happened but agreed on giving me a discount on the cost. However, the bonus protective cover (worth $100) that was advertised on their website, and the reason I ordered it with them in the first place, was not part of the order and while they said they would “try and source one” for me, they stopped referring to it in future emails and I ended up having to purchase one from elsewhere. I am still waiting on my final item to arrive from them a couple months later. While they were somewhat helpful in providing a discount, I ended up still spending that on purchasing the missing cover. Perhaps they would be fine for an in store experience and buying something off the shelves, but I would never trust their online availability and doubt I will be ordering from them again. It’s just been too much of a hassle.
