Did not notify me of delay with package. I had to call after weeks of waiting, was told I'd receive a call back because you were waiting for the equipment to come in (which was supposed to be in stock). Did not receive a call back. When I finally contacted you again, you made me pay additional postage and finally sent the item.

Couldn’t find stock anywhere of the Yamaha YDP-164 piano. Bavas had some coming in, they took the order and deposit over the phone, the piano was then delivered as promised by courier at the end of September for a good price.

Terrible experience. placed an order online on the 4th of August did not get tracking details, rang them on the 10th August only to be told Item out of stock. 6 days of no communication and if i hadn't called i would have no idea. bad customer service from the representative that answered the call. no apologies just went straight to we will cancel your order and issue you a refund. refund issued to wait 5 days to be credited back to my account. overall i have wasted 2 weeks on buying a graphic equalizer i needed urgently.

They were so helpful especially during this Covid-19 crisis.Yes I had to wait longer for my items but that was not their fault. It's been hard to get items into Australia. But they worked with me to make sure I got the items I ordered. I would buy from again. They were great to deal with.
