First time I have ever used Leader floors & I'm really pleased & glad I found them. I was looking for some new flooring for our bathroom & had looked in several DIY stores & online & just couldn't find what I wanted. I found the perfect one within minutes of looking at their site. I found the whole process of ordering, paying & delivery, really easy. Customer service & sales were polite & helpful & delivery was on time & kept me informed of the delivery eta the whole time. Definitely would use again & recommend.

Never buy flooring of this company bought flooring 2 months ago to be told after waiting in all day for delivery that they couldn’t find the flooring disappeared from warehouse, I spoke to 6 different people on the phone promised 3 times refund would be 48hrs and still haven’t received worse company ever dealt with avoid

Terrible took my money gave me a delivery date and it never turned up and when I rang to see were the floor was they said it was out of stock disgusting I had arranged a fitter for the next day so I lost money there I could have used another company if they had be truthful
