Optimale

"So what have you got to lose? "
So, GP contacted me to say that my testosterone was low. Without wanting to pressure NHS I sought out a private alternative and came across Optimale. I started my journey March and was keen to get on with it. What I will say is the due diligence undertaken and my health being a priority Optimale rightly assessed and took time to get everything right. For me, I’ve felt supported and Drs are thorough. I even booked in with Kate for the injection lesson which was good fun.
My first medication and kit arrived, and the TRT was missing, a quick email and it was dispatched that day and arrived the next day. Brilliant customer service.
It’s too early for me to report on all the benefits but I am starting to feel better and not just sitting around but getting things done. I do feel I have more energy at work and I hope as I continue I will soon get full benefits.
To be honest I was worried about injecting, and mixing HCG but it is straight forward if you follow the videos and have the lessons offered.
I know some people have commented on price. For me I look at value for money. And I conclude I have had excellent value for money. If it makes you feel better for the rest of your life can you really put a price on that.
Optimale are upfront about costs, most out of their control but it’s not unreasonable to expect for blood tests etc, this is my health and I feel it’s worth it.
If you are worried about injections, I genuinely can’t believe how much it doesn’t hurt if you inject into your belly. You will be shown. You’ll be fine!
Well done to Optimale. And thank you!

"Going great 5 months in"
I'm 5 months in to treatment with Optimale.
There are still minor tweaks being made to the treatment, but I feel great compared to before I started, and both their staff and doctor (Dr Choo) have been fantastic throughout.
I'm 52 and started with a T-level of 8, now holding steady at around 30.
Big improvements in energy, clarity and stamina.
"Athletic" performance (I practise BJJ) has improved markedly. (Sadly it can't cancel out the 30y age gap to most of my training partners)
Struggling with weight-loss, probably because of muscle building (without trying or gym) as the fat disappears.
Down over 3" on my waist so far though (started at 38").
So far I really couldn't be any happier

"Getting the help needed. "
I have been dragged about by the NHS in regards to my health issues when it came to my testosterone checks and Optimale have been great with making it 100% clear where the issues are and how to fix them. They were clear about everything and the process of getting this treatment being a life long one but that they will be here to help.
The Doctors are clear and very friendly but wont hold back any info that is needed. Honestly the best experience i have ever had

"Don't waste your time and money..."
Yep, I fell for the old '£30 for a blood test to check your levels' scam.
It's not a 'pin pr*ck test' you have to effectively fill half a vial - you need a syringe and an off the shelf phlebotomist to do it. As a diabetic I had extra blood zappers to gouge holes in my thumb, but anyway I digress.
The results - useless. 4 blood markers (3 saying my testosterone is low) and as it happens I could have given Optimale the ACTUAL numbers my GP took about a month earlier - there is no need for this test. Then, the emails start.... you need a follow up blood test to check 43 other markers (£119.00), phone us for a discount cost. Ohhhh, and you also need a rectal exam to check your prostate (side note - mines been done thanks, they used lube) before we can recommend any treatment.
In summary, if you think you require genuine medical help, go to your GP (I know there's a long waiting list to see them) but they will genuinely set you on the right path if you suspect your libido / lethargy needs treatment. This Optimale service is quintessentially a covert scam.....don't bother.

"Ineffective test for most people "
The finger tip method is not suitable for a blood test that requires a full vial of blood - even ChatGPT knows this - Optimale will know this too, they even describe a proper test on their website in their guide to getting tested via the NHS. Therefore this test is likely to fail for many customers and so be a waste of money.
