"Don’t expect to receive actual results from your test"

Carried out my initial testosterone test and only received a text to say

‘your blood results show that you have low testosterone levels’

Not only do they not specify or provide details on what your test results actually are, they simply provide a link to get another ‘enhanced’ test for £65 to confirm the results. Really just seems like a ploy to get you to pay for more testing without telling you the detailed results from your first test, I have messaged them to get the details of my first test but no response.

I would recommend to use Thriva where they actually provide you with the results of your tests

The Optimale team has always been easy and efficient to deal with. TRT has been life changing for me and a huge bonus that I wasn’t expecting was, I have suffered with osteoarthritis for 13 years and has progressively got worse but TRT has unexpectedly turned it around. "Blood test sent back 10 days ago and still no results!"

Finger pick blood test sent back on the 10th June. 10 days later still no results received.

Phone call to Optimale on the 13th June and it was confirmed that the laboratory received the sample on the 11th.

Second phone call made on the 17th June as still no results. Received an email from Optimale to confirm the results will be sent over "soon".

Third phone call made 20th June as still no results received and no one at Optimale is able to provide a timeframe for when I may (or more likely now) may not receive my results.

"Getting started on TRT. "

I am very happy with the service that Optimale have provided me in getting started with TRT. Very thorough medical investigatory work prior to giving the green light to start the treatment.

I was also very impressed with the one to one tutorial video call to take me through the process of self injection, gave me loads of confidence.

I am now awaiting for my TRT to arrive and very much looking forward to feeling the benefits from the treatment over time.
