"I did Blood test wrong but no really…"
I did Blood test wrong but no really clear instructions on what to do? Do I do fasted or none fasted, When do I do at the start of the injection or end (Just before next one? Having holiday can impact results (Alcohol, different foods, sleep cycle, etc.). This has resulted in me having to another test.
I think this should be made more clear perhaps in email when blood test is despatched, Just the basics and detailed sheet can be attached separately if needed.
Other than that good service.

" Fast Start, but Poor Ongoing Support and Overpriced"
I initially had a positive experience with this TRT clinic. After providing the required blood tests showing low testosterone, the process moved quickly, and I was soon set up on a treatment plan. Delivery was fast, and arranging a call with a doctor was easy and convenient. However, once you're on the treatment, it feels like you're forgotten about.
Despite having experience with specific steroids, I was pushed into a treatment plan that suited their agenda, not mine. It's clear they prioritize getting more money out of you over providing personalized care. For what it is, the treatment is quite expensive, especially when there are cheaper alternatives that likely offer better, more individualized support.
One of the most frustrating aspects is the customer support. Whenever I submitted a ticket with questions or concerns, most of them were closed without any real answers or resolutions. It felt like they were just trying to brush me off rather than address my needs.
After the initial consultation, ongoing care is practically non-existent. If you're looking for long-term support, clear communication, and better value for your money, I’d recommend exploring other options.

Very slow to almost none responsive admin. 3-5 week wait for the prescription, still chasing blood test results 4 weeks after the fact.
Incorrect data stored, they missed my initial 6 months with them as a client.
Sadly my experience is not great, to the point that I’m looking to leave them.

Overall very positive experience. Paid for the blood tests which showed a fairly low T level, had the consultation with the doctor who clearly was an expert in his field. They recommended a treatment to raise T whilst maintaining fertility which was my priority. Hopefully it has the desired effect. Customer care team were very responsive and helpful.

Initially impressed with the service but upon receiving my results which were normal it was almost like they were no longer interested? There was no explanation to the results and no guidance to what the levels actually mean? I emailed to question this as I was concerned about one aspect of my results and so far I’ve yet to receive a response.
