After several trips to the doctors, explaining my lack of energy and feeling low, I was repeatedly prescribed SSRIs with recommendations to keep increasing the dose. I decided to reach out to Optimale for a testosterone check. The service was efficient, with great communication throughout. After my blood test, I discovered I had low testosterone. Optimale presented me with options, and I had an online consultation with Dr. Zain Siddiqui, who thoroughly explained all treatment possibilities, including the pros and cons. Together, we agreed on a treatment plan.

"Pretty poor service"

Pretty poor service, said my levels were low in the first test and that I should do a full test. Turns out my levels weren’t that low or treatable in the first test so basically got ripped off. Wouldn’t recommend.

My first test wasn’t in a treatable range and therefore I shouldn’t have been advised to do a second more expensive test. It absolutely isn’t confusing in the least, your reply from your staff at the time states “ I can see You weren’t in a treatable range in your first test.”

So I have ordered blood tests from them once a year just to keep an eye on my levels and they have always dispached items quickly and the results take a day or two after posting back.

I recently ordered a test but filled out my address incorrectly, totally my fault and the package has been returned to them. I reached out to customer support and got a response from them right away from someone called Sabrina and without any fuss I have a new kit on its way within about 2 hours of reaching out to them. So big thumbs up for great customer support from me.
