"I was skeptical"

I was skeptical, lots of negative reviews on cost and the process.

My only issue was my 1st venous test, and that was not optimales fault. There was some back and forth with customer care, however it was more my frustration at the nurse who couldn't get my blood and it delayed my treatment.

Since then, Liz, Sabrina, Ursula and Stephanie have been 10/10 I have spoken to a chap at the start but can't remember his name but again, everyone has been amazing.

My bloods have come back with 2/3 days each time and I had to wait a week for my consultant appointment.

Dr Sandhu was amazing too! I chased and chased for my medication to be dispatched and Stephanie sorted it within a few hours and this should be here tomorrow,

The price.... I don't get what people are complaining about. What I have paid was less than I expected, the team have outlined everything clear as day.

I paid £120 for medication and supplies, supplies are needed every 6 months ish, I will be adding HCG to my prescription soon but even then, the cost is a few less beers or takeaways that need to stop anyway.

I will update my review in a few months when I've been on treatment but so far so good.

I've probably been the most annoying patient ever, today the reply back was "we want you to be as comfortable with this as possible"

When onboarding to Optimale I was very happy with the service. Everything was straight forward and clear.

Always receiving updates and responding to my messages in a timely manner.

However I am nearly 6 weeks into treatment and I honestly don’t know what’s going on after I have received my results back.

My results have come back and still waiting for Dr to get back in touch with me. It’s been 5 days so far and I want to know what’s happening next.

Do I need to change treatment or change dosage etc.

My email has now gone unanswered, I am paying £110 per month along with other costs for add-on’s but when an issue is identified everything goes silent.

Whilst they have sent out a replacement test kit, I’m just left in the dark when I need them the most.

I feel like I’ve been let down big time.
