My experience with Optimale has been excellent, the customer service is prompt and the Drs, well I can only talk about the Dr assigned to me, Dr. Paweleck, who is excellent.

I recommend Optimale, but, what I recommend more than this is get yourself checked out, do the blood tests, because the symptoms of low Testosterone are scarily similar to Depression and the NHS simply don't know enough about TRT to accurately diagnose it and there is a big reluctance to prescribe TRT on the NHS even if it is diagnosed.

Yes, there are a few blood test hurdles to jump through and it is isn't cheap, however, 3 months in and I feel fantastic - get those tests done...

Had a consultation booked to be sat waiting 30 minutes for no one to show - emailed down to be told just to re book another appointment! Would avoid this company if your health is important.

Since seeing there response I have contacted optimal to take them up on their offer. I will keep this review open and update once they have honoured their response.

The company dealt with my issues in a professional manner. At no point were they pushy. In fact they focused on my health as the priority. They were reasonably priced. This is a great service for men who want to find out about their hormone levels. If they are problematic then they also offer treatment. Fantastic.
