With sofabed.com, the experience went smoothly and we like the end product. They explained the whole process from purchase to shipping to white glove delivery, and it was just as they said. We especially appreciated the delivery guys, who called us 25 minutes ahead of time and quickly put together the sofa bed and removed all the debris. I recommend the product and the service.

The delivery was smooth and quick. The gentleman delivering the couch were professional and had our couch set up, ensured it was working properly and had the trash removed all within 20 minutes.

The sofa itself is beautiful and comfortable. It is nice and compact, so didn’t take up the whole office and is comfortable to sit on. The mechanism to open and close the sofa bed is smooth and easy to operate and the bed itself was comfortable (we have t slept on it, but laid on it).
