"Great customer service"
Due to the London store being closed for a while I wasn't able to try a different size in store. However, Amber from their customer service team was very helpful in organising a prepaid return then sending out the different size to try and reassuring me if it wasn't right they'd send the original size. Very accommodating and friendly customer service.

Na 20 wandelingen in het bos is de zool helemaal losgeraakt en is deze ook gaan scheuren. Vorige paar ging 10 jaar mee, deze 1 jaar. Is echt zeer slechte kwaliteit, zou toch niet mogen voor dat geld.

Dubarry Fastnet boots. Leaked like a sieve so can't use. Did contact them but they couldn't fix as bought s/h. Get that but they shouldn't leak, they'd clearly not been worn.

"Exemplary Customer Service."
The customer service at Dubarry is exemplary. I had a broken zip on my handbag, I contacted Dubarry and immediately had a reply together with a free return label and promise of a replacement. Unfortunately the item was discontinued, Dubarry gave me a full refund immediately. I tried to find a stockist that still had one, with no luck. My particular thanks go to Amber who helped me find a retailer that had one in stock. My emails were always answered straight away by her. This I felt was above and beyond good service. Well done.

"Poor quality "
Having been an avid customer of Dubarry Chelsea Boots for many years, I have recently experienced worsening quality and think I will need to find a new manufacturer. In the latest purchase the rear boot pull split, even though the boot was only just out of the 12-month warranty, no repair was offered. To charge £280 for a pair of boots and not stand behind the quality is disappointing.
