"Complete failure"

Complete failure; $200 worth of beef took a solid week to be delivered...was not even cool to the touch when unboxed. I informed the company, got a jerk off in response blaming UPS

They did offer to replace the product but I didn't see why they wanted me to request they do so; either a company has integrity as an aspect of their corporate culture, or not.

Not recommended.
