I am a fan of this beef it is tender and tasty! I have IBS and have to be picky on types of meat I eat, but this doesn’t irritate me like most beef does. Plan on purchasing more.

Excellent quality and prompt service. As a small rancher myself I appreciate being able to order a specialty meat from a family ranch. I ordered a steak (Kansas City strip - full blood) as a gift and called to get an ETA, it was like calling my local butcher. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
