I've been a hair club member for 23 years and I can't put into words enough of how my hair replacement has changed my life. The hair looks great, but there's many more rewards to having hair again that you need to understand. I am a very active person and love life, so looking good is on the top of my list for also feeling good. Having hair again makes your entire attitude lifted by feeling and looking young again. I have a much happier attitude toward living and it shows with everything I do. People always ask me my age, because they think I am much younger than my real age of 71. I play golf and volleyball with a much younger group and love it. Please consider this system for yourself and see how it changes your life! Its well worth the investment, stay safe, Paul

"Had been using another shop for 26…"
Had been using another shop for 26 years decided to use The Woodlands location since it was 1&1/2 hours closer. Went with my brother who also used the other shop. Sales pitch was awesome so I changed to hair club and paid annually for 4 systems. Both my brother and I mentioned at least 15 times that we used the Icons only. The first system I got was white. The current system I had was a 70/30. I showed the Hair Club system to my wife and brother and they laughed, said I looked like a punk rocker, and told me I could not go out in public. I scheduled an appointment for march 3rd and they agreed it was way off color wise. I left the system and waited 3 weeks for them to find one in the correct color. They called me after finding a system and I went in to find out the system was lace. I was also informed that I could not get a an Icon system because I was only a Bronze member. Through this entire process there was all kind of scheduling issues that I really don't have time to get into.

"SCAM! RUN! AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!"
I came in February 13, 2021 and one of my appointments was cancelled. Before I had a chance to look at it. A black stringy wig was glued to my head. It was the wrong texture and the wrong color. Even though I provided a hair sample. They still didn’t get it right. Then I was provided with another wig and it was a little better. However' it became very dry and fell out badly. This wig was placed on my head around early March 2021. Today is June 16, 2021and they are still telling me they don’t have hair and it will be here next time. Their excuse is COVID. COVID is not stopping other salons from getting hair.
I paid these people $3800 dollars in February and four months later, all I have to show for it now, is one raggedy wig.
WHY ARE YOU TAKING PEOPLE’S MONEY FOR A SERVICE YOU CANNOT DELIVER!!!
ONLY SCAM ARTISTS DO THIS. I am extremely upset and plan to file complaints against this company. It has been very traumatizing for me.
They claim you will feel better about yourself. Just the opposite happened to me. It’s depressing to know people are lying to you after you spent hard earned money. They need to be stopped.

"the treatment offered didn't work! and the other solutions were not offered as seen on TV"
I am writing to communicate my dissatisfaction with the results I had during my HairClub treatment. After two years of useless treatment, I complained about my dissatisfaction where I did not see the results that I was promised in the beginning in your location at Doral, FL. When I claimed to be offered another treatment (as stated in their promotion on TV) in case the first one did not work, they only told me that there was only one that is artificial extensions! No one at HairClub told me that the procedure FUT or FUE (performed by Bosley) as alternative solutions! Nobody sits down with me to explain the other solutions and they just let me walk away with my dissatisfaction and I had to find out about this from another HairClub customer. How can you help me with this? I spent more than $$5k on an useless treatment of shampoos, drops, visits etc. that never helped me with my hair loss and I feel cheated and disappointed with HairClub.

I have already written the district manager, where I explained my experience on my first visit to Hair Club in Mobile, Alabama. I went for the free analysis. I went on the suggestion of my girlfriend but had no intention of doing anything. To make her happy was why I went. From the moment I entered the office cleanliness and kindness greeted me, her name was Cynthia. She called me by name and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable. Then came Danli my consultant. I explained my son was getting married in a couple weeks and how my friend thought I might like to do something with my hair. I told her I didn't want to waste her time since I knew I wasn't going to do anything. I knew also there was not enough time before the wedding according to the time needed by your company to get everything ordered and received then expect next appointments. That would be impossible to expect that could happen.. Then the unexpected and the impossible happened. Suddenly, I found myself talking with friends that be cared about my desires and expectations. No pressure, no sales pitch, just honesty and information about your services. Knowing that the wedding was why I wanted to look the Best I could, they said they could make a normal two week process into a five day. Your employee Brandon was on the ball immediately. Things got done by working late and coming in early. Everyone was incredibly professional and pleasant. I don't know how they did it but five days later I left that office a new man. I felt handsome, confident and best of all I haven't worn a hat since. I not had so many compliments ever. No one but close friends and family even knew. Even they were amazed at the natural look. So thank you hair club and everyone at the Mobile Alabama office. I look forward to a long lasting relationship and friendship. It's great to know people that care and have the skills to change your life!

I would have love to have my set of hat match to my actual hair texture. Also I did specified that I wanted 100% human hair. Whatever I have doesn’t feel like real human hair.
However, I have an amazing hair dresser Kathy. I’ll give Kathy her 5 stars.
