Had an engineer called Zulfi Khan from Capital Repairs today. He was extremely nice. Did a fab job. Was polite and respectful of my home. A pleasure to deal with. 5 stars for great service. He arrived on time. Gave me a half hour heads up of his arrival. Cannot fault the service I received.

"Lied to get into my home and took our microwave without any warning."
As a tenant, We have just had two men turn up to 'replace' our microwave - they have just walked in, taken it out and left without saying anything and have driven off!!!! On calling the office there has been a dispute with our landlord around a job that wasn't fully completed, and so the microwave wasnt paid for until the job was completed.
Now I have nothing to do with this, but the fact your men have just turned up without warning and LIED to get into my home is disgusting. Just have an honest conversation with me!!
Avoid avoid avoid at all costs, these are cowboys and crooks.

A catalogue of poor service
A fridge repair which has been going on for seven weeks now and not resolved. The first engineer didn't turn up. He came back next day and advised parts were required and a quote would be sent. I called a week later having not heard anything and was told it was 'stuck in the system'. Two weeks later and the parts hadn't arrived. Promised call backs which didn't happen. Today, the engineer hasn't turned up. Apparently he didn't have enough gas even though he knew he would need some for this job. Have complained but makes no difference. Apparently the parts the engineer has with him has to go back to the warehouse and we need to start again. Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

"Completely useless company"
The most useless company I've ever dealt with. First contacted them 11 weeks ago asking to fix our oven and they were very rude on the phone. The first time someone comes around they are late, forcing me to be late for work. They find the problem and say they need to order a new part. We then don't hear from them for 3 weeks so I call again, and they haven't ordered the new part yet. They say they will order it now and it will arrive in 3 days. We then don't hear from them for another 3 weeks. Keep calling them again and unable to speak to anyone. Finally get through to someone and they book in to come and replace the part in another 3 weeks. I take the day off work to sit in and wait for them to arrive, and NO ONE SHOWS UP. I call them and they say they're on their way running late, but they never show. Between 5-6pm I call them 3 more times, and cannot get through to anyone, despite the voicemail saying the office is open til 6pm. We have now had a broken oven for 3 MONTHS and this useless company has still not fixed it. Would happily get someone else in to do it but they've already taken our money. Absolutely avoid using them.

Lisa was friendly and efficient on the phone .She booked an appointment for repairing my washing machine and then rang me back an hour later with a price for the callout and necessary part.
I am hoping that the repair itself can be as perfectly handled!

"Fast reliable service"
Gillian who dealt with my query and Fatlum who fixed mums machine were both great. Fast and friendly help when I phoned to make the appointment. Fatlum was fantastic as he waited due to us returning from a hospital appointment which was so very appreciated when I have a lot going on. Washing machine fixed from message on Tuesday to parts being delivered and repaired Friday.

"Crappy service"
Have been having ongoing issues with this company over repairs to my gas oven. This has been going on since November 2023…we are now in March 2024 and we are still being fobbed off with excuse after excuse from customer services! My last contact with the the customers services team was at 4:30 today to be told once again that they are in contact with their parts department. Yesterday we were told they couldn’t find the parts number for the oven, having been told in previous conversations that it had been ordered and was on its way. Stay clear of the company at all costs!!!!

"Do not use this company"
Without question the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. It has taken months to fix our dishwasher due to their poor service.
It took hours of phone calls over several days to just organise for someone to come round and visit the property, further days to pay for a replacement part due to the fact the company could not produce an invoice, or allow us to pay online and paying over the phone would not work.
Often when calling the company it would be a 50/50 chance of whether anyone would pick up, regardless of their stated opening hours.
Despite eventually paying, we've been informed on the day of the appointment to fix the dishwasher that the part is missing. Do not use this company.
