Oltre a non aver verificato l’auto sia al ritiro che alla riconsegna, a mia insaputa mi sono stati caddebitati €696 per danni già esistenti e non dichiarati dall’Agenzia. Fortunatamente sia al ritiro che alla riconsegna ho fatto foto e video dell’auto. Ho inviato una mail alla customcare dell’azienda e mi sono stati prontamente riaccreditati i soldi anche se mi sono stati trattenuti €25 per non si sa che cosa. Pessima esperienza.

El alquiler del coche normal, los coches un poco descuidados de mantenimiento. Pero lo peor de todo es que no te avisan de que en Milán por el centro de la ciudad no se puede circular sin permiso o tasas y claro luego te vienen las multas, no les interesa avisar por qué por cada multa que te ponen ellos te cobran por "gestión" 42€ cada vez, un sobo solo por darles a las autoridades tus datos. Un negocio redondo por qué sacan un buen plus al alquiler, en mi caso dos gestiones.

Everything was good. No Problems with Return. The car was not the fastest, but the rent was cheap and if you don’t want to wash and clean the car by yourself, a 10€ cleaning fee must be paid at the pickup of the car.

Je tiens à exprimer mon mécontentement total concernant la société Felirent à l'aéroport de Palerme. Pour commencer, leur présentation est trompeuse : ils prétendent avoir un stand au terminal de l'aéroport, mais en réalité, leur bureau est situé à 30 kilomètres de là. Vous devez attendre une navette qui vient vous chercher, sans aucune information claire sur l'endroit où elle arrive ni sur l'horaire. Aucune communication n'est fournie, et il faut les appeler ou espérer tomber dessus par hasard, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage.

Ensuite, leur politique de paiement est tout aussi décevante. Malgré mes précautions pour m'assurer qu'ils acceptaient les cartes de débit, j'ai découvert à l'accueil qu'elles étaient refusées. Vous êtes alors obligé de souscrire à une assurance complémentaire, ce qui double presque le prix de la location. Cela frôle l'arnaque !

Enfin, soyez extrêmement vigilant lors de la vérification du véhicule. Même les plus petites éraflures, à peine visibles, seront utilisées comme prétexte pour vous ponctionner sur la caution, qui est d'ailleurs débitée dès le début.

En résumé, je me sens totalement arnaqué et frustré par cette expérience. Mon conseil : évitez Felirent à tout prix et optez plutôt pour un loueur internationalement reconnu à Palerme, cela vous épargnera bien des désagréments.

Pagare il triplo per la loro assicurazione a copertura del pagamento del bancomat anziché la carta, peccato che l'assicurazione già l'avevo fatta quando ho acquistato, ma valeva zero e spiegazioni imputabili al broker di cui loro non hanno responsabilità. Per me non è un discorso

Never book with this company. We called the office to ask if the car use petrol/diesel before refuelling.
We were told Diesel and unfortunately it was a petrol car and Felirent took no liability at all claiming it is all our fault as we were the one to put the wrong petrol/diesel in.
In the end we had to pay an extra €540 which was a total disaster to our family holiday in Italy.

This is a fake and worthless company. Never book your car at this company!

We did a booking via @Doyouitaly. When we arrived later due a delight flight, they didn't gave us a car, because we were more than 60 minutes late. (It's in their small letters, which aren't legally substantiated). We have proof of delay and send them message by WhatsApp we would arrive later. At the airport we also need to wait 30 minutes for them to pick us up and they blame us for being to late at the depot.

But the most worst of all is that they are with 3/4 staff members, they let you wait and than after a short note : 'you are too late, so bad luck', they laugh at us.

It's a shady company in a strange warehouse 10 minutes from the airport.
Never go to them(Felirent)! And make sure you'll book at the airport (like Italy car rent).

@felirent, this is your opportunity to refund my money back.

The pickup at the airport went smoothly. The return went smoothly as well. The car was as described. However, I only give 1 star because of two issues that really bothered me. As a result, I paid 283.4% more than the actual rental price.
1. you have to pay a surcharge of 97.60€ if you pick up the car outside the opening hours. The opening hours are 08:00 - 22:00. Our flight was 2.5 hours late and we arrived at 22:15, but there was no goodwill. What a pity...
2. you have to buy silver insurance if you don't have a credit card. I only had a debit card and the insurance cost 26€ per day. For the refund of the deposit of 300€ you have to give an IBAN bank account if you use a debit card. However, the refund was still made to my debit card. An excerpt from the Visa website: "For you as a merchant, Visa Debit works the same way as Visa Credit. The only distinction lies in payment settlement, but as a merchant, you won't notice." So I don't understand the rip-off at all. Next time I'll look for another car rental company.
