"Stop stealing money from my bank account"
This is my second review of this SCAM of a company! Hired a car in BARI in June. Since handing the car back then and having the worst time with them. They have stole £36 from my bank 6 times. They have a parking ticket of ours that we cannot pay as they will not forward it on to us and they keep taking money from my bank for handling charges. That is now a total of £216 they have stole from me because they will not forward on the ticket! What a disgrace of a company!

Decent price for 6 days car rental as FeliRent or VIP Cars in Calgiari in Sardinia. But felt cheated to be charged €15 for a cleaning fee. The staff used a picture of two grains of sand to argue the car needed extra cleaning. This is clearly done to everyone . It’s nasty , underhand , sneaky, clearly done automatically ( because it was by staff who hadn’t eeen the car at the desk. I won’t use Felirent again - why not just be honest and add a mandatory cleaning charge. Treat your customers sneakily - expect a stinking review. AVOID

Tenham cuidado não entreguem o carro sem verificar com os funcionários da Felirent se o carro está bem .Quando entreguei a chave tudo bem passado 3 dias cobraram 311€ inventem uns riscos de baixo do para-choques que já existiam. No precipício pensei que estavam a cobrar 2 vezes o aluguer pois ele não avisam que vão cobrar e o motivo.
Há que ter vergonha para ganhar dinheiro não vale tudo😡

Tutto per il verso storto, sono dei Truffatori, non fidatevi di quello che dice il sito. Dopo aver pagato macchina e assicurazione tramite internet, alla consegna della macchina mi hanno chiesto altri 500 euro. Quindi ho deciso di non prendere la macchina perché non ne volevano sapere e non gli e fregato niente di lasciarmi a piedi. Ho chiesto il rimborso dei soldi già pagato e mi hanno detto che non mi rimborsano. Felirent siete dei ladri.

"NEVER USE THIS AGAENCY"
When arrived and asked for the documentation, I offered the original copy of IDP and driver license. They didn't want to accept giving me the car since the IDP wasn't the original document and just a copy due to us travelling around eruope and not having this issue anywhere since what the IDP is its just an official translation of your license. They said that by company T&Cs, they needed this document in original format. When I asked for them to show me this T&C, it says that the only thing that has to be in original was the driver license and the IDP has to be readable and ready to access in case of an accident. The employees from the office in CATANIA attacked us when we said that they were lying and they couldn't find an excuse for this particular thing. After hours asking for this information we were kicked out since we weren't considered "customers" due to working with discover cars as a broker (great company).
We went to Europcars, Avis and multiple agencies and they all accepted our documentation without an issue. Felirent took advantage of it being prebooked with a broker and the company it's so bad that non of the staff members are qualified to work in an agency. The agency runs without Supervisor/Manager (just a dodgy boss they called and talk in Italian) and all complaints can only be done online through email.

Felirent Bari is to AVOID at ALL COST!!!
Flight was delayed and we arrived 50min late, by the time we got the luggage, we called for the shuttle and they told us that our Booking was canceled because we didn't pick up the car in the hour.
Rosa on the phone was EXTREMELY disrespectful... Didn't provide a solution and when we proposed to go to their office and get a NEW reservation she implied that it will be MORE expensive... Milking client till the end...
We went back to the airport and rented a car with AVIS... 80€ more expensive than Felirent... 80€ that should have been invested to avoid all that stress and be in contact with non-business minded people....

"Awful service"
Awful service. 1 hour wait for a shuttle to pick up the car. A half an hour wait to get the car. Charged €10 to have the car cleaned at the end of the use. Given the wrong car. When we dropped the car back they were trying to charge €85 for a small scratch on a hub cap. Avoid, not worth saving a small amount, they’ll find a way to charge you anyways.
