Problemen met vliegtuig 5 uur later aangekomen, bij aankomst moesten wij bellen. Kregen te horen dat de huurauto niet meer beschikbaar was! Verder was contact met dit bedrijf niet mogelijk! Ga niet in zee met dit bedrijf!!

"SCAMMERS!!!"

I had an experience in line with the other 1* reviews here with Felirent Bari. When you exit the airport there is no signage or someone to tell you where to go you have to call them to find out, of course they barely speak English (true for all staff members we have spoken to). The check-in (and also checkout) process is overlong, they are understaffed or in no particular hurry, but it isn't pleasant to wait around in the hanger they use as an office in the summer heat. When all this was done we received a MG brand car (about which we haven't even heard before) instead of a Citroen, I suppose they were the same category. We noticed the trunk lid/ hat rack was missing but didn't give it much thought thinking it might be a pull out kind and, also never seeing this kind of car before as I mentioned. The car didn't have as much gas as stated on the contract and by no means was it full as it should have been and also no washer fluid, but otherwise it was acceptable but by no means on par with the advertised Citroen. On return to our surprise the employee doing the check went straight for the hat rack and also knew the price of it by heart (lots of hat racks must be gone missing there ) . Never for a moment did they think that they may have misplaced it, didn't even check and stopped communicating with us after we refused to sign the papers in frustration of an obvious scam. Unfortunately insurance didn't cover this and they had the nerve to charge 60EUR administration charge above the 230 for the rack. Avoid them at al costs, as you can see in other reviews they'll try to scam you one way or the other.

In Verona. Sehr unfreudliches Personal. Wir hatten bei der Reservierung unserer Flugnummer angegeben. Als ich den Shuttle bestellte bekamen gleich einen Anpfiff, dass wir zu spät seien. Wir mussten unser bestelltes Auto noch einmal buchen und zwar für den 3 fachen Preis. (Leider gab so kurfristig keine Alternative)

Najzwyczajniej w świecie złodzieje.

Rezerwacja dokonana przez discovery z pełnym ubezpieczeniem. Na miejscu okazuje się, że ubezpieczenie z kartą debetową z discovery nie obowiązuje i trzeba dopłacić około 380 euro plus 100 euro kaucji.
Zostało naliczone w kwocie około 10 euro czyszczenie auta z góry.
W trakcie wyjazdu uszkodzono nam auto na płatnym parkingu. Aby to zgłosić musieliśmy ponieść opłatę administracyjną 61 euro.

Absolutnie nic nie było tego warte, ani obsługa, ani auto. Na auto na 7 dni finalnie wyszło ponad 1000 euro bez paliwa.
Nie polecam ani firmy felirent ani discovery.
Korzystaliśmy z usług wypożyczalni po raz pierwszy, miały być wakacje bez stresu a wyszły same nerwy.

Die Abholung des Fahrzeugs in Olbia dauerte etwas mehr als eine Stunde, was aber ok war und bei anderen Anbietern auch nicht schneller geht. Wir erhielten kostenfrei ein Upgrade. Es wurde auch nicht versucht, uns eine Versicherung aufzuschwatzen. Das Auto war in einen guten Zustand und absolut zuverlässig. Die Rückgabe ging ganz fix, keinerlei Beanstandungen. Und 340 EUR für 14 Tage waren echt ein guter Preis.

Hired through rental cars.com when I got to the airport for collection they were very unhelpful then when finally got to the office staff were very unhelpful and just trying to sell extras . Never had a company charge a €10 cleaning extra charge before we have even taken the car
