First time visit since before lock down. Found exactly what I wanted assisted by two very helpful and attentive staff. Thank you. Added bonus was free sample of chocolate coated coffee beans and tea sample, much appreciated and enjoyed! Plan to visit again soon.

I have been a fan of Whittard for as long as I remember, which is over 2 decades. When their teaboxes came out, I was one of the first to buy as many as possible, as they were just what I was looking for to store Whittard fabulous loose teas, which by the way have improve in quality, since the company has turned around their back luck due to the economic crash of 2008... Now, I have a cupboard dedicated to Whittard and I am not having a day without one (or many) of their teas.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff who remembered me from previous visits. They assisted with finding the Oolong ginger tea I had tried as a taster following my last visit and gave me 3 new samples to try. I love the range of quality teas available and the service is always excellent
I wish Whittards offered a caddy refill option to reduce packaging.

We were in the Stratford-Upon-Avon store on 29th May and had a great experience. The assistant who served us was very friendly and more than happy to help out. He even put together a little taster of the hazelnut coffee for us. We can't remember his name but he was tall, dark hair and slim. Great little shop with plenty of variety.
