I ordered the cafetiere gift set as a present. I cannot fault the products, but I was disappointed that the three items were not packaged as a set but rather came as three individual items.

Just a small reservation on the package, one of the tea boxes opened during the journey and released quite a bit of powder... It could have been more protected (especially since it was an overseas order)

The order was swift handled, but I do not understand why I have to pay for customs declaration in Norway for a goods costing £20 when we have a £30 limit here in Norway. I had to pay an additional VAT/customs clearing for about £10 when I collected the parcel.....
