Absolutely gorgeous large teapot perfect for tea parties. It arrived promptly and well packaged. I had already bought one of these but it had a hairline crack in. However, Whittards replaced it very promptly free of charge with no quibble. I also have the matching milk jug and sugar bowl. I would definitely recommend both the teapot and Whittards.

I have have been buying the Blackcurrant & Elderflower instant tea for years so when I saw it was back I nearly cried with joy!! I cannot recommend Whittard enough. I ordered my items Tuesday and it arrived Wednesday!

I have been using Whittard's coffee for a long time, sometimes I buy in store, sometimes online. Service is excellent, delivery speedy, and any occasional mistakes are sorted quickly and without fuss. I have no problem recommending this company.

In all honesty, there are only 2 problems I encountered. The first problem is that the product I bought was on offer, and I couldn't apply the discount code to make use of the offer. The second problem is that I couldn't find any terms for the offer, so I didn't know whether or not I was entitled to it, based on my purchase.

Fortunately, I emailed and got a reply within a day issuing a refund as I was indeed entitled to the offer and had already purchased without it being applied (the value is good enough anyway). The support was first rate, response time very fast, and the product itself was good enough value that I'll happily shop with them again.
