The items were shipped in a timely manner and arrived soon after. Everything was there. It was a pleasure to open the package. There was a little "Enjoy your order note" and a leaflet with summer-tea-recipes. A little extra umph :)

I love all the attention to detail when you receive a Whittards order.

The caddy came with a very small envelope with little white cards in for you to write the name of your tea on, it then slips into a slot on the side of the caddy.
