I'd planned to order tea and seeing free delivery on orders over £30 on Facebook I duly ordered but couldn't get free delivery. I emailed Whittard who asked me to confirm where I'd seen the offer. Once I'd done that I was encouraged to order and they would refund the delivery which they did very efficiently.
